On April 3rd, 2011, Columbia University was proud to host the 7th Annual Columbia University National Undergraduate Film Festival. With judges Jennifer Elster (In The Woods, BELIEF) and Jamal Josephs (August Rush), the event was a fantastic showcase of seven student independent films which ranged from horror to heartfelt comedy.

Hey student filmmakers!

The 7th Annual Columbia University National Undergraduate Film Festival is now accepting submissions! The early deadline has already passed, but don’t worry, there are still two more:

Regular deadline: January 29, 2011 (postmarked date) – $15 fee

Late deadline: March 5, 2011 (postmarked date)- $20 fee

Just click on the “Submit a Film 2011″ link on the right-hand banner for more details. And remember, over $1000 in cash and prizes will be awarded by industry professionals!
